Paddington Residence

An interesting brief was provided by a valued builder client, Bev Jenner Constructions.  The house renovation was designed to be flexibly occupied by dual tenants with access to common amenities.  Many recycled and sustainable building materials were used. Repurposed windows, timber cladding and other fittings were factored into the project at design stage.
